2018 taught me I am tougher than I gave myself credit for.
So in 2019 I am going to say "NO" more often.
I don't "need" to please everyone............in fact it is impossible to do.
I am also going to try and concentrate on accepting that sometimes things "are what they are"...........I cant change them.

I haven't thought about it much yet. Some things are going to change in 2019. My younger son is moving into a place next week with a good friend from high school days. They are very excited. Some things won't change. I'll bet I'm still ironing all his work shirts on the weekends.
2018 has been a pretty good year all in all so I can only hope for the same next year.

My resolution is to enjoy each day as it comes, and if it happens to be a bit crappy just let it go.

The usual, weight loss. Try to not spend so much time on line. Be more creative Learn something new. Not sewing though, people who like sewing can’t be normal.

It's weird I know but I'm happy enough and I don't want to give anything up.
Especially chocolate.
But... I'd like to get one of those rubbish picker upper jobs from the council in the local gardens. I already do it for free when I walk through.

My life seems to be evolving and changing all the time lately so I don't think I will add the stress of extra restrictions at this time :) It is what it is.
Joono, while you do it for free I don't expect they will ever pay anyone?

my only resolution is to figure out a good way to dust the textured( popcorn) ceilings and walls in my new house. i DO know now that it isn't a good idea to use a brand new bright blue dustmop head...no cobwebs or dust, LOTS of bright blue fuzz now stuck everywhere, lol! MAYBE i should have washed it first....

Eat more fruit and drink more bottled water.
I think I can handle those two resolutions.

Well, I forgot and got up, made coffee and rolled and smoked a ciggy before I remembered I was supposed to take the opportunity of a new year starting to give up.
lol, hopeless.
I've decided I can't give up right now, but am cutting down to 6 a day instead of a dozen. That's a start right? or does not that count at all?

That's a start Duffy. I quit from 60 a day so 6 a day seems not so bad.
I could never cut down. Whenever I tried I ended up smoking more.

omg! I'm a novice Joono!
I know, whenever I say it, I smoke more too...but I really need to get it down to a bare minimum.
hey, I had a dream about you the other night LOL, I remembered when I saw you post at the DH yesterday or the day before...it came back to me...I just saw your face and you were really beautiful lol.

It's an excellent start, Duffy. Every cigarette you don't smoke is a cigarette that won't kill you!

I don't think I could afford to smoke like that anymore. What does a pack cost these days? I like that dream.

Duffy I've cut down bit by bit... some days I hardly smoke at all.. other days I do.. When i really feel like a cigarette I only have a couple of puffs.. then put it out until next time I have to have one. If you're limiting yourself to 6 per day atm.. try doing that just a couple of puffs then put it out. be aware of your triggers like your morning coffee.. i find I want to smoke more in the mornings
