I an't remember if I've said this before, but I think the real problem is not that he doesn't understand or care, it's just that he is hopelessly socially inept. He reminds me a bit of Doc Martin in that TV series.

Joono, I don't know yet... people are just guessing so far
I don't think he "forgot" about the fire deaths on KI.. I don't believe he even knew about them
so much devastation of wildlife there too. most people would count them as "deaths' as well

I wasn't expecting that.
The young liberal that lead the protest in a Brisbane library, committed suicide this morning.
The protest was to stop a drag queen from reading stories to young children. It was pretty ugly.

It was the one leading the protest, Sin. It's confusing as it turns out he was gay himself . His aunt says that he was a very troubled young man and even though I hate what he and his cohorts did it is very sad.
