My question was too long for the thread title, but…
What if your neighbor asked you to run into town to get some thing because she didn’t have her car running right now?
I was thinking with my hypothetical it could be dog food, but I have plenty of dog food so we can’t use that.
She needs a pregnancy test! No, it’s not that.
But let’s say, in the hypothetical that your neighbor really needs some thing and can’t get to town to get it and it’s already after dark…
You agreed to go get it for her and then on the way there you slam into a deer and it completely totals your car.
Is she responsible to pay your deductible to the insurance company?
If you had been at home, just watching TV like your normal self you would never have hit that deer.
This is all hypothetical. This did not happen to me.
In my opinion, I think the neighbor should have to pay the $500 deductible.
