I seem to be saying that every year lately, but this year I know so many people, both online and in RL, who have had illness or injury, deaths in the family, relationship breakdowns etc this year
Is it just the age we are getting to or what? Am I just more attuned these days?
I’m tired of being sad 😢

Kay, it seems a bit like that, but we also need to be grateful for the good days as well.
I for one feel blessed and grateful. Without going into details, i'm still kicking goals after
some crappy medical issues.

its been a pretty good year for me apart from a couple of hiccups but i know it hasn't been that kind to many others and my heart goes out to them. i totally get the tired of being sad feeling - i hope christmas brings you smiles and you make some happy future memories  |

they were doing that before she died........it was well known that she ingested risky substances
very sad, she inherited the musical talent, hopefully some of her children did also

How sad..it's like they're doomed (some well known celebs).
Losing her son to suicide would have been hard.

its sad, she was way too young to go but she was obviously struggling with physical and emotional health

and thought 'wow she looks off'.

Elvis' mother and her 3 brothers all died in their 40's from heart failure or lung disease.
Something genetic going on there?

Gladys died from cirrhosis of the liver, she was a heavy drinker, Lisa Marie died after a cardiac arrest (not a heart attack), she was a heavy drug user

Renee Geyer has gone now too. What a great voice she had. Died after complications with hip surgery and it was discovered she had inoperable lung cancer.
