I made some of those mini Christmas puddings today. You know the ones, with melted white chocolate to look like custard dribbling over. Thing is, I melted far too much chocolate. Can I “re-set” it and use it again another time? I can’t see why not?
What do you think?

put it into ice cube trays, let it set, then eat one every so often, or, send some to us
