Today I scored bigger than the lottery. My refrigerated can of 10 biscuits actually had 11. I am the winner!
These are flour type things that are good with breakfast. Not cookies.

I'm making rhubarb thumbprints today.
Except they won't be rhubarb but strawberry.
I call them biscuits. But, maybe because i'm cooking them they

While we’re at it These are crepes These are pancakes These are what McDonalds call Hotcakes, but they’re really just thick pancakes and btw, that round thing on the side is not “sausage” These are sausages

I call crepes pancakes. Pancakes with lemon and sugar The little fat ones are pikelets. Crepes and pancakes are the same thing. Ner ner.

I'm with Joono - pancakes with lemon and sugar. In England it was a special treat eaten on Pancake Day/Shrove Tuesday/Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday). - the day before Ash Wednesday (the start of Lent) when traditionally people used up all their goodies before starting the big fast.

Crepes are thin (French style?), pancakes are thick. I like pikelets. Mum and and a couple of her sisters used to make the best pikelets. Kay's pancakes are crepes

The pancakes we ate were thin. You cooked them in a fryingpan, laid them on a plate, sprinkled the sugar and lemon juice over them and then rolled them up into a sausage shape.

Crepes, LOL.
We have Aussies, NZ'ers, Americans, born in UK people here..so no doubt there are differences in what we call certain foods.

After careful consideration I realize now I did not get extra biscuits. I mean scones. If the can is sold by weight it means I got smaller scones.
