We have fur seals on the breakwall near home. There are signs everywhere saying they are wild creatures and to keep your distance and leave them alone.
The number of tourists that clamber over the rocks to get closer for the perfect insta shot is ridiculous.
This is going to happen to someone here soon and it will be the seals fault 😠

i think it is "fishy" too, Dawn, unless there were no lifts in the building, he had time to at least get down to the beach

If she had harmed the mom seal or the pup she would’ve faced charges/fines possibly jail time.
I was thinking even if it was a stranger and not my life partner I still would’ve put down the phone and gone as quickly as I could to go see if I could help in anyway.

you'd have to at least try and help wouldn't you . if you want the ultimate legless dog experience i suggest the sea elephant colony on Kangaroo Island in SA . You simply approach the group (not too close ) and the immediate thrill of tons of blubbery elephant bull seal bouncing toward you is the reward . Something well worth experiencing .
