She's thick too..how much brainpower does it take to copy & paste spurious memes, tweets, fb posts etc? None. A Xmas/New Year meltie (going for days, 150 posts a day, from an unstable mind) is the only value she has. I don't like the word, "Eulogy-" depending on circumstances. Sometimes too much mourning is involved when we should be celebrating their passing.
There's a big difference between a 30 YO dying in a car crash- and an 80 YO dying of cancer in their sleep.

I agree too. I've told my lot to arrange my funeral in whatever way gives them the most comfort. I have added though that at some stage I'd like to have this played. For those who don't speak Yorkshire, it concerns a man who has been "A courtin' Mary Jane" on Ilkley Moor without(wearing) a hat. The song warns him: You'll catch your death of cold. Then we'll have to bury you Then the worms will eat you. Then ducks will eat the worms. Then we will eat the ducks. Then we will have eaten you. I have a feeling though that when the time comes my request may be ignored.  |

i have told mine i don't want a funeral and i want to be cremated and they can do whatever they like with the ashes, i also told them that once i'm gone whatever happens has no effect on me so do whatever they need to do.

when i filled on the form and the question... what did i want them to do with my ashes, i wrote to put them in the rubbish bin or on their garden, they wouldn't be only my ashes anyway, they don't vacuum and wash out the area between times, so it would be a mix of mine and a few others

My FIL and his wife say they don't want a funeral...imo it's not really up to them...especially the last one to go.. they won't know anything after that.
My father disliked long funerals..so he didn't want a long one. 😀
