I don't think him and Vikks will last either. The novelty will wear off. No more excitement of sneaking around.
That picture of him perving on her, eeeww, what is she thinking, he's gross and not even a nice person.

QT was kind of entertaining today Duffy... so Turnbull has no confidence in leaving joyce as acting PM... now they're trying to cover it by saying Joyce wants to go on leave to "look after Vikki" twitter is not going to let up on Barnaby Joyce until he's gone from the front bench

lice Workman Verified account @workmanalice 2m2 minutes ago More The Senate has passed a motion 35 to 29 for Barnaby Joyce "to resign from his position of Deputy Prime Minister of Australia for clearly breaching the standards required of Ministers; and if he does not resign, calls on the National Party to sack him as leader".
hope we see that on tonight's news.. I'd like to see who voted for and against LOL

haha Deb, look after Vikki...like he looked after his first wife no doubt. She may as well have been a single mother, he was hardly ever there from what I've heard.

Duffy - You're right Beetroot wasn't home much at all .. 32 days home in a year when he first became a Senator (or something). Not many more days in other years.
Plus his kids had to call his PA first... could not call him direct.
He spent a lot of time in Canberra (even when Parliament not sitting) in the last year or so too.

" Post-war Labor hero Ben Chifley [former Prime Minister of Australia 1945-1949] also died in a hotel room with his secretary and mistress Phyllis Donnelly - not his wife Elizabeth. It emerged later that Chifley had also been conducting a love affair with Phyllis's sister Nell. Today's politicians are no better"
Nothing changes..........

no, we can't, Barri, we usually have three or so years between each election, in some states it is fixed at four years they sometimes get rid of each other, but we are still stuck with the same colour mob US, stop telling me how to spell colour, you are wrong, not me, now 'not me' is wrong, should be 'not i' but you focus on 'colour'?

We did have musical Prime Ministers for awhile... Rudd out, Gillard in, Gillard out, Rudd in... then the next mob got in and Abbott was booted out.. replaced by current PM, Turnbull.
Maybe mamasin is thinking of that.. it was a bit of a 'world wide' joke (as was Abbott himself).

Earns $416 000 (at least) again and can't afford somewhere to live? His party paid him 6 weeks salary when he was thrown out of Parliament last year (citizenship crisis)
Donation of free accommodation from Greg Maguire, a friend of Mr Joyce....
Rent on the flat, worth an estimated $460 per week, was waived for Mr Joyce and his new partner. The six-month rent-free period represents about $14,000
Who would offer that for 'nothing'?

Someone on FB posted that "rorting is okay but rooting isn't." which pretty much sums it up. I don't care who sleeps with who. People in power such as Barnaby had best be careful when they abuse that power by being hypocritical because a huge backlash, such as this, is just one choice away.
