Well I rather enjoyed Mystery Road. Perhaps a few too many 'significant silences' and brooding close-ups, but all in all a well acted and intriguing story. I also watched on IView part 1 of the Friday night Agatha Christie serial, The witness For The Prosecution, but I don't think I'll bother with part 2 - it was a bit to dark and depressing for my taste. The West Australian was full of the Joyce interview this morning but I didn't bother to read it.

I just caught the end of a news item about Natalie Joyce telling her story somewhere. Anyone know where?

She didn't get paid for her interview, she chose her dignity instead.

I see Natalie mentioned the "$150 000" for B & V's son (trust ac) and how B & V said it was important for him to have that money set aside for him when he's older for Uni fees etc) yet B didn't do that for his girls.
I thought that when I heard about the trust fund for baby S.. what about his other 4 kids??
(Natalie did add. not that she'd want any money from that interview)

Pauline Hanson left a message on my answering machine yesterday. I have no idea what she said after saying her name, but seriously. Pauline Hanson?

(Natalie did add. not that she'd want any money from that interview) I don't think his girls want anything to do with him. Nice of him to care so much about his newborn. What an absolute asshole. Vicki should fuck him off after what he said in that interview. And I forgot he tried to say the baby might not be his ' a grey area'. I wouldn't have forgiven him for that.

I've heard even worse than that Maggie. When I was in Melbourne I worked with a woman that had lost her baby boy. Her marriage fell apart and her husband took up with someone else and had a baby with her. They named their baby the same name as the little boy that died.
