Iβve been eating them for a couple of weeks and have 2doz stashed in the freezer for emergencies. Eggs have been βquality testedβ but that is also an ongoing proposition

Hot Cross buns, Kay?
The ones I bought yesterday were so small (Coles)..needed to buy two packets
Havent bought any Easter eggs yet. They have been reduced in price already but they still seem to cost too much for a shell of chocolate. There's heaps of them left in the supermarkets..so I guess others have the same thought. I must be an Easter grinch this year.

You're not a grinch, Figlet. I bought the mini eggs from one of those el cheapo shops. It was either Red Dot or Reject shop or something. I bought a bunch of little packets of mini eggs for $2 or $3 each. They are Darrel Lea and little speckled candy choc eggs from England. I also bought some Lindt ones from Coles once they were reduced. The greed of the petrol stations for the Easter long weekend has made me go From $1.79 litre early in the week to $2.19 yesterday

Yes, the petrol price hike for long weekends is lousy.
