What annoys me is yesterday i bought 6 pink lady apples, and they're all brown inside.
such a waste of money and fruit.

It always happens in my house too with the loo paper.
it also annoys when when there is food on plates in the fridge and they take the food and leave the dirty plate there.

That feral family on the McDonalds ad, Go full summer.
I love the music in it but the family is full on feral. It just makes me feel like slapping the grandparents and telling them they should be setting a good example in a restaurant, even if it is just Maccas.

What annoys me is when the wrong date and time is written on the appointment card and you don't find out until you arrive. AAAAANND, you have another appointment booked for something else at the same time as the real appointment.

the 40k sections on the main road annoy me here... to drive about 10 K. up that road.... its 60. 40, 60 40, 80 70 60 and sometimes I forget.... so far ( touch wood) only one speeding ticket so far in the 60 zone... sometimes when I'm driving I forget the different speeds

when you are in the middle of cooking tea and the light starts flickering, then off it goes, then you find out the fluro is buggered and you have to buy a whole new light.

i have parrots eating my apples (just like every year ) but this year they only ate the top half of the trees .. they also finished off the plums (small blue egg-shaped plums , forget the variety but nobody much grows them) i want one even if the old folks tell me they are '' only good for jam ''

Ours are just at school start/stop times,
But
Annoying is that they go off when school has a holiday or vacation. They are set M-F. Period. Even during summer vacation. So Annoying!

It always amazed me that those speed zones applied around colleges too (in the ACT that is a separate school for years 11 & 12) We lived in Weston Creek and I drove past Stirling College every day. The way some of those students sped in and out of the carpark while I was sedately doing 40kph ......... |

what annoys me is washing black clothing in the washing machine only to have them come out of the wash with white soap marks all over them

We've had that problem before in the past, Deb... not too much soap powder going in your machine?
You can also get washing machine liquid for dark colours... if you have a lot of darks to wash it may not be cost effective though.. about $5 for 750mls. No optical brightners in it.

The only way to avoid that with the dark clothes is to use liquid soap.
I've been paying attention to the laundry for a few years, it's cheaper to use liquid and it seems to be nicer to the machine.
My annoyance: bad dreams that wake me up and I have to shake them off. Sometimes I can go back to sleep.
Annoying is when I can't.
Here's a coincidence ~ my last bad dream - one small part of it was that I was told the washing machine was broken, but I was watching a load of clothes being washed (I knew I was being lied to).
The bad dream went in a different direction, I didn't get to see if there were white soap marks.😁

My neighbours were annoying me last night. I think it was a birthday party; I heard “scoll! scoll! scoll!” at about midnight. The last I heard was about 2am.
I wouldn’t mind all that much normally, except it was a hot night and we had to shut the windows because of the noise. And we’ve got a dozen people coming for lunch today and I’ve got a lot to do, but I’m very tired already.

The eldest bluekitten was off to the supermarket to buy some more washing powder after using the last of it. I was positive that there was another box that she had brought over with her when she moved back in. She looked in the laundry cupboard. Couldn't see any. I looked into the cupboard. Nope. No washing powder in sight. I had dreamt it. lol. My dreams seem to have changed from intense to the mundane. Its annoying when you run out of what you thought you had. The bk bought me some more milk because she thought that I had run out. I hadn't. It was on the usual fridge door shelf but at the other end.
The neighbours were having a spa party last night. They weren't too noisy and I did get here the beautiful singing by the youngest daughter. She has the most glorious voice and I hope that she does something with it. [She's studying interior decorating at the moment.] Her voice is powerful, confident, pitch perfect with such a lovely tone and a hint of jazz. I love it when she sings.

oh, i HATE that, ava! i did that last week. i was shopping,and butter was 10% off. and i thought to myself" self, you have 5 pounds of butter in the freezer , don't buy any".
got home, ONE STICK of butter left in the fridge, NONE in the freezer! i had to have dreamed i bought it, but i KNEW it was there! bless his sweet punkin head,curtis stopped on the way home the next day and bought 3 pounds with the rest of his lunch money.

I dream all night. I can wake up countless times, and still go back to the same dream. It sucks when it's a bad one.
AC, I used to have a neighbour who played the violin...was lovely to listen to, they were really good.
