I don't really know where to put this. I don't understand the court case about Barry Cable sexually assaulting a minor, now more than one it turns out.
How does that work when he hasn't been charged and doesn't even seem to be involved in the trial? So if the woman that is suing him wins her case, will he then be charged or does she just receive compensation?

I still don't get it. If he's found guilty in a civil trial, what happens next? Doesn't it matter? If this is true then it's already been covered up once. After all, he was very high profile and it was reported to the police back then but they didn't charge him.
