deb, we binged the whole thing this past saturday, loved it! i'm a bit of a maniac for any adaptation of turn of the screw though.
the jumps are very confusing at times, but once we got the hang of it around episode 4, we REALLY enjoyed it. not much comes close to " the innocents" with our beloved deborah kerr, but this was at least in the ballpark.
and being made by the same people that did the haunting of hill house with a couple of the same actors didn't hurt, since we loved that series too.

watch the background closely. and that's all i'll say or i'll get the frying pan, lol!

i am guessing that B&B is back in production.....everyone is about 2 metres from each other, no pashing (thanks covid for that)

OMG, they needn't even go into the studio anymore. If they just replayed the same scenes of Steffie and Liam, Liam and Hopeless, Hopeless and Thomas over and over again would you even notice.

It is so stagnant at the moment and I've got to say the scenes with Thomas and fake nasty hopeless are just kind of creepy.

If this was real life you can imagine what a basket case Douglas would grow up to be.

okay, i know y'all likely don't watch these shows, but i am SO EXCITED! there are 2 people from wichita, both of whom i've met in the past, competing on my shows! one is a young lady who will be a contestant on the worst cooks in america, and the other young man/drag queen will be in rupaul's drag race!

for the 2 holiday weeks, the soaps always run old episodes, if any instead of college football, on the eve and the day of the holidays. weird, but true.

that makes much more sense!
